4. Can I have multiple registrations?

– No, you can’t have multiple accounts with the same email address. Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one DESHI CRAFTS account.

– Yes, you can update addresses multiple times in your DESHI CRAFTS account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to a different address you need to place them as separate orders.

– My Account is the section you reach after you log in at deshicrafts.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

– From DESHI CRAFTS you can select your desired products and then add them to your shopping cart. After adding the products to your cart you have to select your payment methods and give your address. Our customer service team will call you to confirm your order and after that our delivery man will deliver the order to your doorstep.

– You can trace your order from your user account and our delivery man will also call you after reaching your address. You can also call our customer service team for the latest update about your product delivery.

– All prices are the same as shown on the website. If the vat is applicable for any product by govt. of Bangladesh we will charge accordingly.

– If you do not prefer to make an online payment on DESHI CRAFTS then you have an option for the Cash-On-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on deshicrafts.com. In the case of COD, you have to receive the invoice/money receipt from the delivery man.
